a massage and yoga joint
I created thixotropy as my place to practice the healing art of massage, and as a place to teach and practice yoga. It’s a place that I’ve put my heart into, a place to share and teach what I’ve learned, and a place to come together and experience our-selves, just as we are in this moment.
“That’s been one of my mantras — focus and simplicity. Simple can be harder than complex; you have to work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple.”
“I think if you do something and it turns out pretty good, then you should go do something else wonderful, not dwell on it for too long. Just figure out what’s next.”
